Ralph C. Roberson, CPA, Principal

Education: Basic studies, Florida State University; B.A. in Accounting, the University of West Florida. Professional Sales Management Institute, Industrial Labor Relations Management Institute.

Experience: Certified Public Accountant since 1978. Tax, accounting and auditing experience, with extensive business management experience in sales, personnel, labor relations, and general management. Tax compliance and planning for real estate, construction and development, medical, engineering, and other professional and retail small businesses.

Community Service: Board of Trustees at Gulf Coast State College, Chairman, Past President, Gulf County Chamber of Commerce,Past President, Rotary Club of Port St. Joe, Board of Directors of the Gulf County Friends of the Library, Former Chairman, Gulf Coast Ducks Unlimited. Member of the First United Methodist Church, past chair of the Administrative Board, and Board of Trustees.

Michael D. McKenzie, CPA (FL, MS)

Education: B.S. Mississippi State University

Experience: Sixteen years in tax, auditing and accounting. Tax preparation, planning and compliance, accounting for construction, real estate, healthcare, banking, restaurant, service, utilities and retail businesses as well as the non-profit and governmental sectors. Software consulting and QuickBooks support.Governmental and private sector auditing.

Audrey Schmidt, CPA, (Florida, Georgia)

Education: Math; Accounting studies at Georgia State University.

Experience: Certified Public Accountant in Florida and Georgia. Extensive accounting experience in the telecommunications industry,retail businesses, restaurants and medical practices.
Tax preparation and compliance for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
Member of the Florida Institute of CPAs.

Community Service: Member of the community choral group and very active in her homeowners association.

Mark Edenfield, Financial Accountant

Education: B.S. Accounting, Florida State University

Experience: Over 25 years of experience in Banking, finance and management.

Served as Bank Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Extensive experience in financial accounting.

Cheryl Haun, Office Manager Port St. Joe

Education: A.A., Accounting Applications, Gulf Coast Community College.
Certified QuickBooks Advisor. Notary Public

Experience: Twenty years in general accounting, payroll and office management.
Office systems including, Quickbooks, Peachtree, Microsoft Office.

Extensive experience in business organization and set up for retail businesses, restaurants, construction, real estate, professional and medical practices. Tax preparation for individuals and businesses.

Community Service: Member, Gulf County Chamber of Commerce; Community volunteer and youth programs.

Betty Jean Baker, Office Manager Apalachicola

Education: Basic Studies, Gulf Coast Community College & Miami-Dade Community College; Real Estate Broker. Bilingual English-Spanish. Notary Public

Experience: Twenty years experience in real estate, construction, corporate and small business accounting. Tax preparation and compliance for individuals and businesses. Notary Public since 1990.
Extensive knowledge in small business startup and organization; construction and land development accounting; accounting liason for Spanish speaking clientele.

Community Service: Past President, Realtor Association of Franklin & Southern Gulf Counties; Member, Apalachicola Bay Chamber of Commerce; former Cubmaster; active Red Cross donor; Volunteer for Growing Minds Center for Autism, Port St. Joe, FL.
